I started the company after investing in a rental condo in Keystone and learning firsthand the obstacles that homeowners face when renting out their units. I found that property management services are not only exorbitantly expensive but not at all user friendly or customer service oriented.
At Resort Property Services, my goal is to develop long term personal relationships with clients to best understand and meet their unique needs. Properties listed with larger management companies are generally put into a pool and rented on a rotating basis. My objective is to provide a much more personalized service to help clients effectively monetize their rental property.
Resort Property Services offer owners a complete property services package. There are no fees, just a 23% commission from all net proceeds collected.
What you can expect from Resort Property Services:
- Marketing on multiple websites – listings on VRBO, FlipKey, Airbnb and occasionally Craigslist, also be listed on Book By Owner and the Resort Property Services sites. Listings will have strong tag lines (that change with the season), excellent pictures, local discounts and appropriate pricing (reevaluated on a frequent basis, not just left to sit and wait).
- Immediate responses to guest inquiries, Managers who respond immediately are often able to negotiate a deal within the first few minutes of receiving a text.
- Price negotiation, multiple payment options and collection and disbursement of damage protection.
- All bookings, payment of credit card fees and collection of revenue. Revenue will be disbursed on a monthly basis.
- Dependable, high quality ground support services – check-ins, high quality linens, professional looking cleanings and property inspections, as well as 24 hour guest assistance, with over 10 years experience in the business.
- Facilitation of all tax services, ensuring that taxes are taken care of on a timely basis. You will be billed in quarterly invoices deducted from revenue collected.
- Guests departing feeling that the experience was exceptional. Therefore bringing value to the price paid, thus generating repeat customers.
